Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 2 night stay over weekends and minimum 3 night stay over long weekends.
• 50% deposit to confirm booking
• 1 night stays (weekdays only): 100% deposit.
• No same day bookings.
• Full payment 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: (must be in writing)

• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the total. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit. NO SHOWS WILL FORFEIT 100% OF BOOKING TOTAL-NO REFUNDS!
• FULL  AMOUNT MUST BE PAID BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Bella Vista:

• Minimum 2 night stay over weekends and minimum 3 night stay over long weekends.
• Staff only clean 1 x per day from around 10h00. If you need them more you have to speak to the owner to discuss fees.
• If the staff are not allowed to clean between 10h00 and 11h00 they shall go home.
• We do not provide an iron and ironing board to guests in the units.
• NO PETS  &  NO SMOKING in the rooms (R1500 penalty) in the rooms
• We offer the Stay Basic Guest House DSTV package. 
• Early check-in & late check out penalty of R200 per hour
• Vomiting (R500 penalty).
• You will be billed for any breakage, damage to the property. Bella Vista takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to either persons or belongings incurred while staying at Bella Vista. 
• No parties at all. Silence between 22h00 pm till 8h00 am
• The facilities of Bella Vista are ONLY available to paying guests. 
• Please be considerate towards your fellow guests with regards to NOISE etc.
• ALL KEYS TO BE RETURNED when checking-out at 10H00.  Check in time is at 14h00.

You have to send your mobile nr to +27823397007 with your name & surname & approximately time of arrival in order to get a code for the key of your unit.  The key is in a safe at the door of your unit. The property is under an alarm system and will only then be deactivated..
